Terms of Service

These terms apply to the use of ProxiCall services and website.

1. Definitions

'ProxiCall' is a product of Vinckbusiness BV/SPRL, registered in Belgium under VAT number BE 0739.722.790. 'User' refers to any person or organization using ProxiCall.

2. Services

ProxiCall offers a browser-based call center platform for outbound calling. Services include software access, calling minutes and support according to the chosen subscription.

3. Payment

Payment is made in advance per month. Invoices are sent at the start of each billing period. In case of non-payment, ProxiCall reserves the right to suspend the service.

4. Fair Use Policy

Unlimited calling applies exclusively to manual mode (one agent, one call at a time). Power dial and predictive dial consume call credits and are not covered by the unlimited calling policy. Bulk outbound dialing β€” launching large volumes of simultaneous or sequential automated calls β€” is not permitted. Calls are billed per second. Unanswered calls, voicemails and calls under 3 seconds are not billed. Fair use is assessed monthly: accounts exceeding normal outbound sales patterns may be reviewed. Automated calling without a live agent present at the time of connection is strictly prohibited.

5. Termination

The subscription can be cancelled monthly. Amounts already paid are not refunded.

6. Liability

ProxiCall aims for maximum availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime outside of Enterprise SLAs. ProxiCall is not liable for indirect damages.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts in Belgium.
